In Counseling you:
- Take the time to sort your life out.
- With guidance and support, you identify life changes and develop plans to
make these changes.
- Increase self-esteem and self acceptance. Your confidence builds as you
make life changes.
In psychotherapy/counseling , it has been my experience that most people
make profound positive life changes. That is many people learn how to direct
their life according to what is best for them. Many of these life changes
are in the form of more relationships or more rewarding relationships,
meaningful work, and pursuing personal and career interests.
