How can I get into a good/committed relationship ?
-
Keep your self-esteem high and keep your expectations high-do not settle.
-
Spend time and energy trying to meet new people.
-
Keep your life active and fun.
-
Be honest with yourself about your feelings towards someone.
-
Plan to spend a lot of time communicating with the person who is your
partner or potential partner.
-
Try to work out difficult times and situations instead of leaving unless
there is abuse.
-
Have plenty of affection, reassurance, and thoughtfulness.
-
Be willing to be who you are even if you are risking disapproval.
-
Be willing to bring up commitment issues and act on them.
